We want you to wear your Blue & Gold with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all official Parramatta Eels merchandise. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and swing tags remain attached to the merchandise.

  Post Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or designated carrier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
